IOLTS 2022, the 28th IEEE International Symposium on On-Line Testing and Robust System Design, is organized by our professors Stefano Di Carlo and Alessandro Savino at the Politecnico

From 08:00 - Attendance in person, in the lecture all on the ground floor of Campus Lingotto, or online, through Zoom.

The huge complexity of electronic systems has led to a growth in reliability needs for several application domains as well as to a request for low cost products. Moreover currently there is a corresponding increasing demand for cost-effective design for robustness techniques, especially after the introduction of nanometer technologies.

IOLTS 2022, the 28th IEEE International Symposium on On-Line Testing and Robust System Design, represents an established forum for presenting novel ideas and experimental data precisely on these areas.
The Symposium is sponsored by the IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation (CEDA) and by the IEEE Computer Society Test Technology Technical Council (TTTC) and organized by our full professor Stefano Di Carlo, and our researcher Alessandro Savino, with the collaboration of the University of Athens.

The IOLTS 2022 program includes:

  • Scientific paper presentations and special and poster sessions;
  • Keynotes, given by Michael Paulitsch (Intel) and Osman Sabri Unsal (Barcelona Supercomputing Center);
  • Social events.
The 2022 edition will be a hybrid event. Attendees will be able to join the conference in person in the lecture all on the ground floor of Campus Lingotto of Politecnico di Torino or virtually through Zoom.

The registration is still open.
