The ADBIS 2022 conference, that presents international researches on DB theory and on development of advanced DBMS technologies, solutions and applications, is organized at PoliTO by our professors Silvia Chiusano and Tania Cerquitelli.

ADBIS 2022, the 26th European Conference on Advances in Databases and Information Systems that will take place at Politecnico di Torino on September 5-8, 2022, is organized by our DAUIN professors Silvia Anna Chiusano and Tania Cerquitelli.
The main objective of the ADBIS conference is to provide a forum for the dissemination of research accomplishments and to promote interaction and collaboration among the international communities dealing with database, information systems, data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
The ADBIS full program includes:
- 4 keynote talks by Sihem Amer-Yahia, Daniele Quercia, Carlo Curino, Bruno Lepri;
- 4 tutorial talks by Johann Gamper, Stefano Rizzi, Rosa Meo, Mirjana Ivanovic;
- 5 workshops;
- 1 Doctoral consortium, including 1 Panel on “Preparing Carrers after PhD”;
- 1 Diversity & Inclusion Panel on “Promoting equity, diversity and inclusion: policies, strategies, and future directions in higher education, research communities, and business”;
- 8 Research sessions.
Registration is still open, either for free online-only (virtual) participation or for in-person attendance.
