The researchers of the research group led by Professor Matteo Sonza Reorda won the JETTA/TTC Best Paper Award 2024 during the International Test Conference (ITC 2025).
The awarded research team is composed of Josie Esteban Rodriguez Condia, Juan-David Guerrero-Balaguera, Robert Alexander Limas Sierra, Matteo Sonza Reorda of the DAUIN, with Edwar J. Patino Nunez of the Universidad Pedagogica y Tecnologica de Colombia.
The award was given for the paper titled Investigating and Reducing the Architectural Impact of Transient Faults in Special Function Units for GPUs.
