Call for Papers of the workshop Agentic AI in Software Testing and Automation (ASTA 2026).
The workshop is held within the events of the 19th IEEE International Conference on Software Testing, Verification and Validation (ICST 2026), which will take place from the 18th to the 22nd of May in Daejeon (Republicc of Korea).

Topics
The workshop focused on autonomous, goal-driven AI agents and agentic systems applied to software testing, verification, and validation. The workshop aims to foster discussion on novel architectures, tools, empirical evidence, and open challenges related to agentic AI for testing.
Relevant topics include, but are not limited to:
- Agentic e autonomous AI per il software testing
- Agenti basati su LLM come tester intelligenti
- Architetture agentic per la generazione, esecuzione e manutenzione dei test
- Agenti autonomi per il testing di sistemi web, mobile, embedded e cyber-fisici
- Testing funzionale e non funzionale con sistemi agentic (es. usabilità, sicurezza)
- Costruzione di test oracle tramite agentic AI
- Orchestrazione di tool di testing tramite agenti autonomi
- Valutazioni empiriche, benchmark e case study di testing guidato da agenti
- Metriche di valutazione, controllabilità, riproducibilità e costi delle soluzioni agentic.
